(Penn State pasta....that is!!) I finally made the Penn State pasta salad that Alyssa gave me for Christmas last year!! The pasta is in the shape of a lion. It was a last minute decision, so I didn't have lots to add to it, but did have a red pepper and some sliced pepperoni that was meant to go on the personal pan pizzas for supper tomorrow night!! It had a powdered mix that I added vinegar and oil to, which served as the dressing. It was pretty tasty! Go Lions!!

pasta should not be blue. it goes in the same category as orange cheese curls...
It doesn't look like a lion. Very colorful! I have a picky son and I know he wouldn't eat that because it looks different, LOL.
