Friends?

That's Mom's cat Cece on the inside and a mom dove with her babies on the outside! Apparently they all stayed there quite contently looking at each other!

Joss

These are head pieces that someone made for Kievah, the new little girl that Kurt's brother and his wife are adopting. Joss was modeling them :)

If you'd like to follow along with Chris and Fiona's adventures while they are in China these next two weeks, you can do that here. Fiona emailed me earlier saying that now that they are at their destination where they will meet Kievah, she is having difficulty posting to her blog and asked if I would help her. So for the next week or so, she'll be emailing me their pics and possibly posts and I'll be posting for her. Here is a picture of Kievah, we look forward to meeting her!

**Woulda' never guessed it was pouring like cats and dogs when I took the cloud pics, huh?!?!

Both kids were gone for the week. Adam and several friends spent the week at the shore on Long Beach Island. Alyssa babysat for the DiscipleMakers Alumni and Staff conferences in Lancaster. I stole some pictures from Facebook:

My Baby Graduated :)

Adam graduated from Northampton Area School District on Friday, June 11, 2010. We are all so proud of him and his accomplishments! He will begin at the Lehigh Valley campus of Penn State this fall majoring in nuclear engineering. Most likely he will only be at this branch campus for the first year, then move onto University Park for the remaining three years. Because he is entering with nearly 15 college credits, he already has a class this fall generally meant for sophomores. They've pretty much indicated that they will not have enough classes for him to remain at the branch campus for the two years.

Lunch Date!

Alyssa and I picked Erika up a couple of Saturdays ago and went to Paolo's for lunch. We had a nice visit and plan on doing it again soon after she returns from her trip to Germany. She left today for 3 weeks as part of the German exchange program. We wish her Godspeed and hope she has a wonderful trip!!
