More Experimenting

I'm still trying to take different pics with my new camera to be sure this is the camera I really want. I have two weeks to decide if I am happy with it, which ends in 5 days. So I'm trying to do some close ups, some sunsets, some cloud pics to be sure I'm happy with what I've got. So far so good.

We went to Cafe del Mar in Belfast(PA) last evening for my birthday dinner. A few weeks ago I purchased a BOGO $25 gift certificate from one of the local radio stations. I bought a $25 gift certificate and got one free, thus, in essence, we got $25 off our meal. It is a Mediterranean restaurant, but not many of the dishes had a Mediterranean flair to them. We all, however, enjoyed our choices.

Birthday Blast!

So all I knew was that I was to take my birthday off, and we needed to be at Martha's house by 9 am on Wednesday. When we got there, Mom and Martha, with Alyssa, were waiting to wisk me away for a wonderful trip to Lancaster County for the day! It was a wonderful day!

My family at work helped to ease the pain of my 50th birthday tomorrow! Jamie had my desk all decorated when I got in to work this morning, they got me a cake, I got presents and they sang Happy Birthday to me!
