Lauren is my niece-in-law from Florida who blogs....she had pics on her blog over the weekend of a delicious looking pot roast with carrots and potatoes. In addition, she had pics of the chocolate chip cookies she was making. I made next best....banana nut bread! (Oh, and of course, the pot roast with carrots and potatoes!)
