End of another year. We now have a JUNIOR!
Chicken salad plate from Bob Evans' Restaurant. It was huge, much too much to eat in one sitting...but, boy was it delicious!! (And that's banana bread in the upper right hand corner...I got two thick pieces of that, in addition to what's on the plate!!)

Congrats to having a junior now in college. Wow, the time sure flies. I can remember reading when she first went to college and she has one more year and she is done. Only if we can slow time down.
Please don't remind how quickly time flies...LOL!! I can't believe she's been there two years already! We're already talking about her living arrangement for senior year! She'll be student teaching the last half of the year and for students at PSU that means doing it in the Pittsburgh suburbs! That's not a commutable distance!! So half the year she'll need living arrangements at PSU and the other half she'll have to find something out near Pittsburgh.
And I could eat some of that chicken salad about now....
Wow time sure flies! That room looks so empty! Alyssa-enjoy the time! At the end of this month I'm joining some sorority sisters at ESU to celebrate 20 years! Where does it go?
