Nope...I'm a PA Dutch spic! Don't mean for that to be offensive, my adopted father is Puerto Rican. When I was adopted by him (at the ripe old age of 6) I told the judge at the courthouse in Easton that I was now a PA Dutch spic! That got quite the laugh....
