Fried Rice













Just a few notes:
*I like to add chicken bouillion granules to the rice when I make it
*I think this dish is actually better if you either use left over rice or make the rice a day ahead of time
*You can use as little or as much soy sauce as you want
*This time I used 3 cups of dry rice with 6 cups of water; I was feeding 5 of us. I have enough leftover for Kurt and I for dinner tomorrow night which was my goal!
