Macy came into our lives nearly four years ago. She will be four years old on April 15th (that's Tax Day, for those of you interested...LOL!!). She has been the light of Alyssa's life. Somewhere along the line, Alyssa began calling her Macy Moose...we're not sure why...it's not like she looks like a MOOSE!!
Since then, Alyssa has begun collecting mooses. She even has a pair of moose slippers.
It's cute to watch Alyssa call Macy and have her follow Alyssa up to her room. That's unusual for cats to do. Macy has taken to calling Kurt and I "Gaa-ma and Gaan-pa." Isn't that just too cute?!?!?!? She thinks she rules the roost around our two other cats; she does such a good job at walking up to Sassy or Frodo and attacking them without provocation. They, of course, don't appreciate it!! We truly enjoy having Macy around....
