Yum!

This is one of my cold weather comfort foods :-)  It doesn't have a name, I just fry up some onions  with a stick of butter, add some cubed ham, then throw in sliced cooked potatoes, and finally pour in eggs.  Stir until the eggs are cooked.  Tonight I made a can of Pillsbury Grand rolls to go along with the meal.  Yum!

For this particular evening, having the four of us home and wanting leftovers for me and Alyssa tomorrow, I used 1.5 sticks butter, 1.5 sliced onions, 3 ham steaks, cubed, 6 potatoes (two of them big) and finally 8 eggs.  While the onions were sauteing in the butter, I sprinkled in a generous amount of  Season-All.
