Yummy!

Kurt got me this Cuisinart griddle/panini maker for Christmas.  I've really enjoyed using it. Tonight we had grilled ham, cheese and tomato sandwiches.  Tomorrow night I'm going to grill marinated rib eye steaks on it.  The grills are reversible; the other sides are flat.  In addition, I can raise and lower the lid based on how thick the item is that I am cooking.  The griddles come out for cleaning, which is very convenient.  I'm not sure why these sandwiches are so much better on this thing, but they are!!
