Adam's Graduation

Adam graduated from The Pennsylvania State University on Friday, May 9, 2014 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Nuclear Engineering. We had the opportunity to have a tour of the university's nuclear reactor, too, which was pretty neat! I had every intention of taking all kinds of pictures, but when we got in to the building, we had to turn in all cameras and electronic devices! There went that idea. I, at least, got a picture of the outside of the building ;-)

Alyssa's plan of keeping Adam's cap away from him didn't work quite as well as it did 3 years ago when Adam managed to hold her cap over her head ;-)

Adam's watched these kiddos grow up over the last three years.  We figured out that Gabe had just been born when Alyssa started at PSU in 2007.  Now look at him!!

Karlyn and Matt have been such a blessing to us and our kids over the last 7 years.  I always knew that the kids were safe and secure and if they ever needed anything, Matt and Karlyn would always be there for them.  It always gave me such a feeling of comfort knowing they were only a few miles away.  Unfortunately, Matt was away at a conference for Adam's graduation.  We really missed him not being there :-(
