Deliciousness

Parboiled in water with a jar of BBQ sauce on low for 2 hours, then brushed with BBQ sauce and put under broiler. Delicious! They fell off the bones!

OK, so what kind of meat is it? Looks really yummy. So, is that the secret to making good BBQ ribs and such?

They are spare ribs...the key is cooking them long which makes the meat really tender. We didn't even have to pick them up to eat them, we used a fork and a knife, the meat came right off the bones.
