It's kind of a joke, but it's a meat tenderizer! When we met her roommate and her mom down at Ikea about a month ago, we looked at several, and her roommate just didn't feel that it was crucial to get a meat tenderizer for their apt (not sure why...LOL), so we passed up ones at Ikea, Target and Bed, Bath & Beyond. Sarah is not a cook, and Alyssa loves to cook, plus uses mine fairly regularly with some of our recipes, so I thought this would be a cute gift!!
